During "Tous à l'Opéra" week-end days you will be able to visit Parisians Operas for free ;)

Tous à l'Opéra, it's 2 days of Opera art promotion around Europe from Saturday 9th of May to Sunday 10th of May 2015.

Tous à l'Opéra week-end, it's a little bit like the European Heritage Days dedicated only to the Opera.

Those two days are the moment to let you discover the Operas' backstage and atmosphere.

First of all because of have free entrance.

Second of all because you can participate to the free activities scheduled by the Operas to:

  • Discover the Opera backstage
  • Watch some Opera concert and music shows
  • See the artists practicing before the show
  • Participate in some working group about the Opera art

In Paris you will be able to discover

  • The National Operas: Palais Garnier Opera and Bastille Opera
  • Opéra Comique; one of the oldest opera theater in France built under Louis XIV reign in 1714
  • Théatre des Champs Elysées; built during the flourishing period of La Belle Epoque in 1913 when the Bourgeoisies were having easy life and easy money to entertain themselves
  • Athénée Théatre Louis Jouvet; a wonderful Italian style opera stage

For Paris surrounding you will be able to discover:

  • Opéra de Massy; a modern opera built in 1993
